After a couple of weeks away, Placers President Chris Burkhard joined WDEL once again this week. They talked about the most recent jobs report and the trends that are being seen at this time. Additionally, Chris shared his thoughts on what to do if a job that is being offered is at a lesser pay rate and how to best make that decision. Chris and WDEL’s host Peter MacArthur discussed how to use your network to get back to work using a more word of mouth approach instead of a traditional job search method.
