What are your main roles/responsibilities?

I act as an extension of the client’s talent acquisition team by identifying and selecting talent, building relationships with key stakeholders within the organization, and providing guidance to applicants and hiring managers throughout the hiring process. Everyday, I develop strategic staffing plans to ensure an outstanding candidate experience.

What is your background?

I have a bachelor of arts degree from Virginia State University and I’m working toward completion of  a masters in Human Resource Development from Bowie State University.

What is your favorite part about being a Placer?

My favorite things about being part of the Placers team are: employee engagement,  mentorship, training, and opportunities to share ideas with leaders.

What was your dream job when you were a kid?

I wanted to be a fashion model.
