What are your main roles / responsibilities?

My main responsibilities here at Placers is to drive education and growth! The L&D team drives process improvement, delivers trainings, and provide assistance to support the growth of our employees!

 

What is your background?

I received my Bachelors in Business with a focus in Human Resources. I have been in the staffing industry for many years, starting in recruiting. With dedication to my passion for helping people, growth, and process I am lucky enough to do exactly what I love day in and day out here at Placers!

 

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

Early retirement and living on a beach? I hope to be continuing my career with working closely with people, being a student and then mentoring and sharing my knowledge and experiences to help others in their success!

What are your hobbies/passions?

I am passionate about my family. I have 2 beautiful daughters that I live for. I am also a country girl at heart. I enjoy the fresh air, sunshine and just being outside!

 

What is your favorite part about being a Placer?

Living our values and being our true self every day! I love that we are encouraged to be leaders, take risks, and we have the ability to make such a big impact on a daily basis.
