What are your main roles / responsibilities?

My focus is on project management (implementing new initiatives and special projects), Employee Training & Development, Marketing and mapping company strategic planning to our 1 year, 3 year and long term goals.

 

Tell us a little about your background:

My background is in hospitality management and HR for hospitality. I got my start at Placers as an administrative temp and have worked in recruitment, HR Management and Marketing Management.

 

What’s your favorite part about being part of the Placers team?

I love being part of a team where there is always something new to learn and a new project to tackle. Our Outside-In culture allows everyone on the team to learn and grow into positions that offer fresh challenges!

What does a typical day off look like for you?

Hanging out with my boys – my husband and two sons!

 

What’s something completely random that nobody would’ve guessed about you?

Even though I’m currently in the Midwest, I am a true “coast” person. I love being on and around the water. My not-secret dream that I tell everyone about is owning a boat!
