Data & IT Project Specialist

What are your main roles/responsibilities?

I support the data analysis and reporting needs of the company as well as the needs of technology throughout the company. I also assist in planning, capturing, managing, analyzing, and archiving data for various projects.

What is your background?

I have an eight-year background in customer service and management. My most recent position before Placers was as the Operations Director and Manager at a fitness center. My favorite thing about that position was helping people transform their lives with fitness!

 

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

I see myself running an operations department, with a focus on process improvement and internal training programs for employees.

 

What are your hobbies/passions?

I love playing ultimate Frisbee and working out. Additionally, I am a huge Star Wars nerd and have probably seen all the movies at least 15 times.

 

What is your favorite part about being a Placer?

The company culture! From day one, you are encouraged to be yourself. You don’t have to put on a mask or be someone you’re not when you’re at work. This team truly cares about every single person they work with. They also genuinely have the best interest of the clients at heart.
