What are your main roles/responsibilities?

I am responsible for leading the operations of Placers Professional, ensuring growth, profitability, and Nth Degree service.

What is your background?

My background includes private sector, public sector, nonprofit leadership, operations, development, constituent engagement, and fundraising experience. I have a BS in Business Administration/Marketing Management, MS in Organizational Leadership, and Doctorate in Business Administration.

What is your favorite part about being a Placer?

My favorite things about being part of the Placers team is being part of something larger than myself — a team that makes a difference for the clients, candidates, team, and themselves.

What was your dream job when you were a kid?

I wanted to become a marine biologist and swim with the dolphins.

What is something completely random that nobody would’ve guessed about you?

German  is my first language.
