What are your main roles / responsibilities?

Facilitating Placers New Hire Orientations for all Placers Associates Training of new internal employees on CRM and ATS systems Assisting in Instructional Design for Training of internal employees Facilitating Training modules Creating Process Documents and SOPs Overseeing Onboarding process for all Placers Associates.

 

What is your background?

Prior to coming to Placers I was a Pre-School Teacher for approximately 3 years. I obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in 2019 and have been with Placers since!

 

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

In 10 years I’d like to be in a managerial Human Resources or Learning and Development position.

 

What are your hobbies/passions?

Baking is one of my favorite things to do in my spare time. I enjoy reading, watching movies, and spending time with friends and family.

 

What’s your favorite part about being part of the Placers team?

I love working for a company that has a heart for the community and believes in going above and beyond not only for our clients, but for our candidates and for each other. We strive everyday to make a difference in our community and ‘good’ is never good enough for Placers. We are always here for each other and offer support whenever and however we can.
