What are your main roles/responsibilities?

I help coach the workforce while maintaining a solid relationship with our clients.

What is your background?

Before joining the staffing industry, I worked in the manufacturing world. I worked an insane amount of overtime and decided that was not the life I wanted for my son or me. I worked very hard to gain staffing industry knowledge and understanding. What started as an assistant role grew my career into an account manager position — something I have become very passionate about.

 What is your favorite part about being a Placer?

The overall atmosphere is unlike anything I have ever been a part of. Placers is all about the culture in a team-based setting. Helping everyone achieve their personal goals while growing the business is the focus at Placers.
