What are your main roles/responsibilities?

I drive the success of Placers’ sales and marketing functions by leading enterprise sales efforts, managing resources, and executing a comprehensive growth strategy. My focus is on guiding sales initiatives, developing our team, and building strong customer relationships to ensure continued success across accounts.

 

What is your background?

With over 25 years of experience in workforce solutions, staff augmentation, and leadership, I’ve had the privilege of working with incredible companies and teams throughout my career. I hold multiple degrees in Business and Human Resources, along with an MBA.

 

What is your favorite part about being a Placer?

I began my staffing career at Placers, and 25 years later, I’m proud to still be part of this incredible brand. From day one, Placers has been more than just a workplace, it’s been a place to grow, learn, and make an impact alongside amazing people.
