What are your main roles / responsibilities?

I am responsible for managing the candidate experience. I provide full support through their process of securing a new opportunity. I also work to develop and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates.

 

What is your background?

I have been recruiting for over 18 years in various industries with an Information Technology focus. My early career began in finance before I was able to transition into HR/Recruiting. I received my degree in Business Administration from Wilmington College.

 

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

Probably still living in PA, plus a kid or two.

What does a typical day off look like for you?

Spending the day with my family doing almost anything…first choice would be a day on the Beach!!
