What are your main roles / responsibilities?

Business development to establish long term relationships with clients who are looking to expand their business through the identification of key senior functional or leadership talent to drive their overall business strategy.

Manage the search process from role definition to sourcing, screening, presenting, and working with the client through the selection and offer process.

 

What is your background?

I have 25 years of Corporate Talent Acquisition experience in a wide range of industries across many geographies. I have 5 years of executive search experience across a number of industries and functions.

What does a typical day off look like for you?

Start with coffee or it doesn’t start! Then read emails, messages, then review my schedule for the day. Typically I go to the gym at lunch, then back and work through the afternoon. Take Bailey for a walk to clear out the stressors of the day. Cook dinner, watch Jeopardy, and chill.
