Account Manager

 

What are your main roles / responsibilities?

My main role as an Account Manager at Placers is to act as a conduit for our internal teams and our customers. I assist with coordinating job searches, scheduling interviews, receiving/providing feedback, implementing new hiring strategies and everything else under the sun to ensure we are delivery the Nth degree service we promise to provide!

 

What is your background?

I’m a graduate from the University of Delaware with a BS in both Marketing and Operations Management. I began my career working in finance with JP Morgan Chase for 4 years before transitioning over to recruiting. I’ve spent the last 3 years in recruiting functioning as a Professional Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist and most recently Account Manager!

 

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

In 10 years time, I ‘d like to see myself as someone with a vast expertise in staffing services. I want to be a knowledge leader for both my company and clients. I’m fortunate enough to have the chance to work with some amazing individuals and hope I can continue to for a long time!

What are your hobbies/passions?

I love playing basketball and attending Philadelphia sporting events as I’m a season ticket holder for both the Eagles and 76ers!

 

What’s your favorite part about being part of the Placers team?

My favorite part of Placers is getting to work with an awesome group of people in a team-based environment. Placers truly gives it’s associates the chance to grow and learn while working together towards a common goal.
