What are your main roles/responsibilities?

Strategic Marketing & Execution: Develops and executes targeted, multi-channel marketing campaigns to elevate brand visibility, drive qualified sales leads, and enhance candidate engagement across all company brands.
Communications & Brand Stewardship: Oversees internal and external messaging to safeguard brand consistency, promote company culture and values, and communicate strategic priorities.
Vendor & Project Management: Manages cross-functional initiatives and external vendor partnerships from concept to completion, tracking key performance metrics to continuously optimize results.

 

What is your background?

I bring a blend of 16+ years in administrative leadership, business analysis, and project management, paired with an entrepreneurial stint as a self-employed personal trainer. This background gives me a distinct perspective that combines analytical problem-solving, operational strategy, and a deeply human, coaching-first approach to connecting with people.

 

What is your favorite part about being a Placer?

The incredible culture and the shared commitment to making a real impact. I love being part of a team that lives its values every day, helping people realize their potential, serving our clients at the highest level, and having fun while doing it!

 

What does a typical day off look like for you?

Cheering at my daughter’s softball games, going to the beach, and unwinding with a good book or a crochet project.

 

What was your dream job when you were a kid?

A detective. I was obsessed with solving puzzles and putting pieces together, which naturally evolved into my love for true crime, and solving marketing challenges!
