What are your main roles / responsibilities?
Job postings, interviewing/evaluating applicants, coordinating client and candidate interviews/start dates, sourcing, follow up with clientele and candidates. Account management as follows: client communication, candidate submission presentation, offer extension.
What is your background?
I have been in staffing for about 3 years after interning in an HR Generalist role. I started as a Sourcing/Recruitment Specialist at Express Employment Professionals in Raleigh, NC and fell in love with Recruitment. I have been with Placers for about 1.5 years as a full desk Recruiter.
Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
I would like to see myself in a professional recruitment role as a leader or consultant to a team.

What are your hobbies/passions?
I enjoy keeping active with kickboxing and forms of martial arts!
