What are your main roles / responsibilities?

Some of my main roles and responsibilities are building the Professional Division at Placers. I meet with large and small companies within the state of Delaware and surrounding areas to introduce them to our business, learn about their workforce strategies and find ways to partner to provide talent solutions best suited for them. I network in the community at business events, non-profit events, and with our local chambers.

 

Tell us a little about your background:

I’m originally from New Hampshire but have lived in DE now for over 20 years. My family and I are outdoorsy people (hiking, fishing, boating, hunting), we are most happy when we are in the woods by the lake. You will also find that I’m happiest cooking in my kitchen with daughter, singing and making a terrible mess.

 

What’s your favorite part about being part of the Placers team?

We are given a green light to learn and grow as much as we see fit. We are always given opportunities to provide our thoughts and opinions. I enjoy that we strive for Nth Degree in our service model which inevitably bleeds over to our personal life.

 

What is your favorite quote?

Fear and faith can not live in the same house.

 

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

I will be a better version than I am today.

 

What are your hobbies/passions?

Fishing, kayaking, swimming, hunting, hiking, and seeing as many sunrises as possible.
