L&D Assistant Lead/Onboarding Lead

 

What are your main roles / responsibilities?

Assist the Learning & Development Team with instructional design, program implementation, process improvement and documentation, training facilitation, and special projects. Lead the Onboarding team by assisting in continuous improvement regarding the candidate experience, employee onboarding, and ensuring the overall success of new employees.

 

What is your background?

I was in the Education field for about 5 years before I walked into Placers looking for a new career. I’m so glad I did as they had an internal position open at the time that was a perfect fit!

 

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

Something to do with Project Management or HR

What are your hobbies/passions?

I love to travel, cook, and dance; it’s been a hobby of mine for over 20 years!

 

What’s your favorite part about being part of the Placers team?

The impact I can have on not only the internal customers I serve, like my team and colleagues, but the positive way I can improve the lives of others in the community!
