L&D Assistant Team Lead


What are your main roles / responsibilities?

I oversee onboarding of new candidates and and monitor the success of new hire processes. I facilitate new hire orientation, perform onsite performance feedback meetings with active candidates, and schedule meetings with company leaders.


Tell us a little about your background:

I have a bachelor’s degree in Education with a minor in Dance Education & Performance from Salisbury University. Additionally, I’ve undergone courses in Business Management, Accounting, and Computer Information Systems. I was a kindergarten teacher, preschool teacher, and Early Childhood Education Center Director for the span of 5 years before I stumbled into Placers looking for a career change, and I’m so glad I did! I’m a true Placers success story!


What’s your favorite part about being part of the Placers team?

I can finally say that I love my job and feel that I’m doing what I’m meant to do. The culture here is unlike any other and I am truly grateful for the education, opportunities, and confidence that my leaders and team have instilled in me so far.
