What are your main roles/responsibilities?

I facilitate hiring meetings, phone screenings, and handle light recruitment processes while opening and closing requisitions.

What is your background?

I’ve been in the staffing industry  for seven years. I have run my own operation, assisted with sales, full- cycle sourcing, and recruitment in a variety of different roles. I have a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Kean University.

What is your favorite part about being a Placer?

I am a proud member of the Placers’ team. It is very difficult to pick my favorite thing about being here, but having said that, I  think the collaborative team effort is my favorite part of being a Placer.

What does a typical day off look like for you?

A whole bunch of sleeping and ESPN!

What was your dream job when you were a kid?

I always wanted to be in law enforcement.
