What are your main roles / responsibilities?

My responsibilities include identifying candidates and pairing them w/ a position that will help catapult their careers to the next level. I’m also responsible for delivering high quality customer service to ensure the clients needs are met above expectation!

 

What is your background?

I have an extensive background in higher education. Most recently, I served as a Recruitment Manager for a local non profit where I was able to learn a number of invaluable skills that have served me well along my personal & professional journey. I have always been passionate about serving others & here at Placers, my passions are my reality!

 

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

I see myself doing one, if not all of the following: Continued commitment to my local community and Growing my photography business.

 

What is your favorite quote?

“Damn right I like the life I live, because I went from negative to positive & it’s all good!” – Notorious B.I.G. I love this quote because it perfectly summarizes my feelings regarding how my life has panned out. Not to mention, Biggie is GOAT status!

 

What are your hobbies/passions?

Photography, Fishing, Sleep and repeat…

 

What’s your favorite part about being part of the Placers team?

My favorite part about being a Placer is, without question, the opportunity to transform lives of Delawareans and Marylanders! I am passionate about serving the community at the local level and this is one form of the continued fight to overcome inequalities and provide opportunities for families to thrive!
