Sales and Recruitment Consultant

 

What are your main roles / responsibilities?

I am responsible for business development, account management, and the fulfillment of assigned requisitions. This includes recruiting and evaluating job candidates, advising customers and managing relocations. My responsibilities also include acquiring new business and expanding current accounts.

 

Tell us a little about your background:

My schooling originally was in culinary/ pastry arts and nutrition. I was a chef for 13 years. I then moved into the fitness and health management field. Originally this was for personal health reasons, but I ended up loving the industry and the ability to help people on a very personal level, which prompted me to get my personal trainer certification. I then moved on to manage eight gym locations regionally!

 

What’s your favorite part about being part of the Placers team?

The amazing company culture and the team’s drive and desire to help others have excellent lives.

What does a typical day off look like for you?

Time with my huge family. Travel, adventures, discovering nature’s beauty. Or quiet time with a good book or movie, just depends on the mood!
