What are your main roles / responsibilities?

Review resumes, conduct interviews, coach the workforce, place candidates to our open roles, and assist where I am needed.

 

What is your background?

I have been in the staffing industry for for over 3 years along with doing administrative roles. My goal everyday is to help someone better their lives and make them happy.

 

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

I want to be in a role where I am still able to help people but more in a management position. I want to be financially comfortable in whatever I am doing.

What are your hobbies/passions?

My hobbies would be reading romance books and listening to music. I also make Jewelry with Crystals for people who have anxiety depression or who are into crystals. Passions would be learning more about Crystals and how they can help me and other people with anxiety. I am a big advocate on mental health.

 

What’s your favorite part about being part of the Placers team?

Being able to be me while I work. I never feel like I have to change who I am to work here and I am able to use my personality while I am doing my job. Also working with amazing people!!!!
